The summer house in Karystos is built on a slope with unobstructed view to the sea. This new built project was constructed by our team, in order to accommodate a family of five during their summer holidays. The works included the construction of the building as well as its interior space and the outdoors area. It is one of the first houses in Greece with an insulation façade system constructed with curved edges, an innovative element in construction. Local materials were used such as the characteristic traditional stone of Karystos and wood, while pergolas complete the aesthetics. All of these materials integrate the building with harmony into its surroundings. The project combines traditional techniques but also modern materials and construction methods. Finally, the project delivery was completed on schedule and within budget.
