Villa Artemis is one of the seven vacation residencies that we have successfully completed in Triantaros, Tinos. The residential complex is located in the heart of the traditional village of Triantaros. The steep slope of the plot was a true challenge for the construction works. The house includes an underfloor heating system and a thermal insulation facade, making it suitable for living all year long. Villa Artemis was delivered fully equipped and ready to live in. The aesthetic values, finishes and local materials such as wood and stone, together with the curved Cycladic volumes and cement plasters in the bathrooms, compose a contemporary project with references to traditional architecture. The combination of modern materials and building methods with traditional elements of Cycladic architecture add extra value to the residence. Finally, the interior of the residences was built based on the architect's vision. The respect for the local architecture as well as the requirements for a modern residence, compose a result of an "easy living" everyday life.
