The project refers to a complete renovation of the existing building, while adding a new story. The construction works included demanding reinforcements of the existing structural system and additional extensions. The reinforcements were done in a way that allows future additions of up to two extra floors. The residence underwent a complete renovation and reinforcement, whilst beautiful finishes were implemented too. The interior design followed a minimalist aesthetic. Granite finishes were used for the interior spaces, while wood cladding covered the facades' ceilings, adding a refined touch to the overall aesthetic.
