The project concerns the construction of a luxurious residence luxurious residence for a family of four, in Heraklion, Crete. In this residence, smart home technologies were incorporated in order to serve the modern lifestyle of the busy family. The installed network connects different devices and functions such as the alarm, heating and others are monitored and accessible remotely. In this way it is possible to automate many daily tasks.

In addition, the thermal façade that was applied to cover the entire building shell, contributes to saving energy and also creates thermal comfort conditions. Demanding constructions such as the pergola on the ground floor as well as on the first floor, the freestanding staircase as well as the protruding windows, were successfully built based on the architect's vision and specifications.

In this residence, modern aesthetics and technology are combined, offering comfort and quality of life to its owners.
