The two story residence is designed to accommodate a modern family of four. The main entrance creates conditions of privacy, leaving only the central entrance door and the path to the residence to mark the entrance to the building. In this residence, large openings were constructed unifying the interior with the exterior. Thus, the connection with the garden emerges as a dominant element. At the same time, shading elements, special vertical constructions, regulate the sunlight on the first floor, helping to shade the exteriors. Inside the house, the linear staircase with its metal carrier and wooden treads is an impressive element in the space.
