The residence in Kifissia was fully renovated in order to meet the needs of a family of four. The villa develops in three floors. The ground floor hosts communal areas like the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. Sliding partitions offer flexibility when using the spaces. Large openings unify the interior space with the lush garden. The parquet floor, combined with the white lacquered surfaces gives a minimal atmosphere in the interior of the house. The whole building shell was thermally insulated. At the same time, the installation of double glazed windows and doors as well as photovoltaic panels on the roof of the building help providing high energy efficiency.
