The detached house in Kefalari was an incomplete property, which we undertook in order to deliver it to its owners. The three-story residence is characterized by high aesthetics thanks to the clear geometries and the bespoke finishes. The construction works included both the completion of the space, but also the shaping of its interior as well as crafting furniture and special constructions. The main protagonists of the living room, the library and the fireplace, give a sense of luxury as well as a warm atmosphere. In addition, the construction of the fireplace includes a wall hung television as well as storage spaces. When the family does not watch TV, the device is discreetly hidden behind the sliding art panel. Finally, the presence of natural oak, white lacquer finishes and cement mortar underline the modern character of this residence.
